American Associated Pharmacies (AAP) is proud to announce that subsidiary Associated Pharmacies, Inc. (API) has acquired a second member-owned warehouse. This 59,000-square-foot facility is situated on a 3.31 acre tract in the Memphis, TN Distriplex Farms Industrial Park.
Like the Scottsboro, Alabama warehouse, the Memphis facility will carry brand-name and generic pharmaceuticals, giving independent pharmacies the opportunity to buy like a large retail chain. “This warehouse location came from the need to provide more reliable delivery and extended order deadlines”, says Clint King, president of API.
API’s new facility is within minutes of the FedEx Super Hub in Memphis, TN. Independent pharmacies participating in the member owned warehouse should soon be able to place orders later in the evening.
